What time do you deliver bikes?
We aim to deliver between 9am-10am but on busy summer days, we may need to stretch this. We can take requests if there is a preferred time. We aim to pick up bikes between 5-6pm.

Do bikes come with helmets and locks?
Yes. We can also give you a pump if you are heading out on a long ride - just ask.

If I book bikes and new Covid-19 restrictions are implemented (e.g. a new lockdown), will I get my money back?
Yes of course! As long as you give us 48 hours notice, we guarantee that you’ll receive a full refund on your whole booking. Or if restrictions are applied within 48 hours of your booking, we’ll also give your money back.

I’m not staying at a holiday home, can I still rent a bike for a day?
Yes, absolutely. Pick up at our hut next to the beach or we have set drop-off and pick-up points at the Pier or The Water Tower, both in Southwold.

What locations do you deliver to?
We deliver bikes to anywhere within 5 miles of the local area. This includes Southwold, Reydon, Walberswick, Westleton, Wangford, Halesworth, Minsmere, Dunwich, Wenhaston and Blyford. See our Delivery Information page for more details.

Can we get our bikes delivered to a location not listed?
Possibly! Get in touch and we will do our best. We may need to charge a little more for delivery depending on distance and time.

How much is delivery?
We charge a £5 flat fee for local drop-off. This includes collection. If the destination is outside our delivery zone, we may need to charge a little extra. Check our Delivery Information page.

Do you have a premises where we can look at the bikes?
Yes! We’re now on Ferry road, next to the beach in Southwold.

What happens if we get a puncture or something happens to the bike?
Just give us a call on 07946 338097 and we will help you out.

Our holiday home doesn’t have a place to store the bikes? Where can we leave them?
We understand that some places don’t always have storage for bikes. All bikes are hired with a lock so if you can lock the bikes in an off-street area that you feel is secure. There is a bike store next to the Swan Hotel if you’re in Southwold.

How do I adjust the seat if it’s the wrong height?
Some of the bikes have a quick-release latch to help adjust them to your required height. Others use nuts and bolts which our staff will be happy to adjust on delivery of your bikes.

Where is best to go for a bike ride
Suffolk is a safe place to ride so there are options everywhere. For a bit of inspiration, check out our journal.

When are you open?
10am-6pm every day. We’re able to deliver on any day of the week (as long as we have bikes available). We can take bookings via the online booking page 24/7.

What happens if you need to cancel?
No problem! But we need at least 24 hours notice for you to get a full refund. This is because it takes time and effort to get the bikes ready and serviced. It also means we’ve booked bikes out when other people might want them.

Do you cater for large groups? E.g. hen parties, stag parties or corporate groups
