Do you deliver bikes?

Yes, for a small fee we can deliver and collect bikes within a 5 mile radius of Southwold. For large groups or by special arrangement we can deliver further afield. Please call us on 07946 338097 or email hello@southwoldcyclehire.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

Do bikes come with helmets and locks?

Yes. We can also give you a pump if you are heading out on a long ride - just ask.

Do you have a premises where we can look at the bikes?

Yes! Check out our Contact & Info page for addresses and opening hours.

What happens if we get a puncture or something happens to the bike?

Just give us a call on 07946 338097 and we will help you out.

Where is best to go for a bike ride

Suffolk is a safe place to ride so there are options everywhere. For a bit of inspiration, check out our journal.

What happens if you need to cancel?

It happens - plans change. For a full refund just let us know 48 hours in advance. Regretfully, we charge 50% of your hire fee when given less than 48 hours notice. This is because it takes time and effort to get the bikes ready and serviced. It also means we’ve booked bikes out when other people might want them.

Do you cater for large groups? E.g. hen parties, stag parties or corporate groups
